Fabian Ruggieri
Founder & Director
Fabian Ruggieri is a highly driven Financial Services Recruitment Consultant with over 15 years’ industry experience. He is passionate and his focus to assist clients and candidates to reach their desired outcomes.
Fabian holds a Bachelor of Finance and a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University. He has recruited for roles at both entry and executive level, specialising in funds management distribution and private wealth management.
Outside of work, when he has a free Sunday afternoon, you’ll find him on the golf course or casting a line in Port Phillip Bay. Fabian regularly volunteers with the Melbourne based charity, ‘FareShare’, and is a member of the Financial Adviser Association of Australia.
Fabian was awarded the Sourcr 2022 Award for Best Recruiter of the Year – Accounting and Finance.
Megan Crow
Recruitment consultant
Prior to moving to Australia, Megan competed professionally in Rodeo and enjoys spending time on the weekends at the Horse Races or trail riding. Her pride and joy is her dog Nash and practicing new tricks together.
Emerson Harvey
Recruitment Associate
Emerson is a driven professional working as a Recruitment Associate whilst studying a Bachelor of Business with a Finance major.
Emerson embraces learning, and is keen to develop his career in the recruitment industry, as he has a passion for finance and helping people.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Emerson enjoys supporting the Essendon Bombers on weekends, and getting away to explore Australia’s picturesque coast.
Prior to joining RIVA, Emerson was a professional race car driver, where he competed in the Australian Formula 4 Championship and the Toyota 86 Gazoo Australian Championship.
Sienna Bartolomeo
Marketing Associate
Sienna Bartolomeo is a passionate and motivated professional working as RIVA Recruitment’s Marketing Associate whilst studying her Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Media Communications at University of Melbourne.
She strives to be constantly learning and expanding her skills, readily embracing new and innovative ideas.
Before starting with RIVA Recruitment, Sienna worked as a private tutor for students completing VCE English and Media studies. She loves to see her students improve and find their passion for the subjects!
When Sienna is not at work or studying, she more than likely has a book in hand, indulging her passion for reading and writing, which serves as a constant source of inspiration.
