About Us

Fabian Ruggieri

Founder & Director

Fabian Ruggieri is a highly driven financial services recruitment consultant with over 10 years experience across wealth management, private banking and recruitment. He is passionate about the industry and is motivated to help candidates achieve their career objectives. Fabian is also driven to ensure his clients obtain highly capable professionals to assist in growing their organisation.

Fabian has successfully recruited entry-level positions to executive level roles. He currently specialises in recruiting funds management distribution and private wealth management professionals. Through Fabian’s extensive network and industry knowledge, he is able to deliver market-leading service and results.

Fabian recently graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University. He also volunteers on a fortnightly basis at ‘FareShare’, a Melbourne based charity that rescues food and prepares nutritional meals for Australian people in need. In the off chance he has a free Saturday afternoon, you’ll see him on the golf course or casting a line in Port Phillip Bay.

Madeline Fernando

Recruitment Consultant

Madeline Fernando brings over 5 years of wealth management industry experience to RIVA Recruitment, previously having Client Services, Paraplanning and Associate Advisor roles. Her passion for helping others has led her to recruitment, where she strives for the best outcomes for her candidates and clients.

Madeline graduated from Deakin university with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Financial Planning. 

Outside of work, Madeline can be found exploring Melbourne’s food and wine scene with friends or immersed in nature, hiking along one of Victoria’s national park trails.

Charlotte Foley

Marketing and Events Coordinator

With over four years of customer service experience, Charlotte Foley is determined and enthusiastic, bringing a passion for event planning, marketing, and communications to the RIVA Recruitment team. 

Charlotte is in the midst of her double Bachelor Degree of Media Communications and Design at Monash University. The completion of this degree will provide her with a curated portfolio that is specialised in communication design and PR/media. Charlotte utilises the content from her studies to bring new concepts to RIVA Recruitment.

When she is not at RIVA Recruitment or studying at university, Charlotte loves to delve into her creative outlets such as drawing, mixed medium artwork, and music.
