Madeline Fernando, Recruitment Consultant
RIVA Recruitment welcomes Madeline Fernando as a Recruitment Consultant. With over five years of experience in wealth management, Maddy will specialise in financial planning recruitment. Maddy has graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Financial Planning.
Maddy is equipped with extensive industry experience and possesses a deep understanding of the specialised roles she will be recruiting for. Maddy will service existing clients and new clients within wealth management. Outside of office hours, Maddy can be found searching for Melbourne’s greatest espresso martini with friends.

Charlotte Foley, Events and Marketing Coordinator
Additionally, we welcome Charlotte Foley as our Marketing and Events Coordinator. Charlotte will act as the event organiser for future RIVA Recruitment events and will be responsible for our marketing and social media content. Charlotte is originally from Canberra and moved to Melbourne for university and Melbourne’s great coffee.
Charlotte has over four years experience in customer service and previously worked in marketing teams, assisting in campaign and content creation, with a focus on graphic design and social media advertising. Charlotte is currently undertaking a double undergraduate degree of Media Communications & Graphic Design at Monash University.
